Movie Summary
Kanti, an honest customs officer earns just rupees 25,000 a month, a salary that is just about enough, for a middle class family of husband, wife and son. Kanti meets the challenges of life with a smile and a sense of humour. His wife Sakshi, though she does not agree with Kanti always, puts in her efforts to see that their son Pratmesh makes his mark in cricket. One fateful day Pratmesh is diagnosed with a heart ailment that would require surgery. Surgery that would cost rupees 70 lakhs. An honest customs officer with a limited income cannot raise that big an amount, try whatever he may. There is only one way out and our Kanti takes it. It is outrageous, but it works and how, see it in this hilarious and touching play.
